The easiest and cheapest way to cancel your booking and request a refund is to log in to My Account and request the cancellation there. With some ferry companies, we'll be able to confirm your cancellation and refund straight away, but if we can't, we'll do our best to have it confirmed within 48 hours. Due to data protection laws, we’re not able to process cancellation requests by email.
