If you cancel your booking online through MyAccount, we do not charge a cancellation fee. Cancelling your booking through MyAccount is quicker and will save you money, so we suggest requesting the cancellation there.
If you request to cancel your booking through our help centre or by phone and haven't purchased Cancellation Cover or a Flexi ticket, we charge a cancellation fee of £45/€45.
