If you haven't purchased Cancellation Cover or a Flexi ticket, you will be charged a cancellation fee. Cancelling your booking through My Account is quicker and will save you money, so we would suggest requesting the cancellation there. If you cancel your booking through My Account, you will be charged a £10/€10 cancellation fee. You can also cancel your booking through our customer service team either by phone or through our help centre. However, there is a higher cancellation fee of £30/€35 for these requests.
