We do not operate inbound telephone calls. However, if required, we will call you once we have received your enquiry. You may also need to pay the fare difference if the price of your ferry tickets increases when making changes to your booking.
The amount you'll be refunded when you cancel your booking will depend on the booking terms of the ferry company you're sailing with and the type of ticket you have booked. We'll let you know how much you'll be refunded before we cancel your booking so you can decide if you'd still like to cancel it.
