If you are looking to amend or cancel your booking, you can make changes to your booking 24-hours a day, 7-days a week, by logging in to My Account and requesting the changes there. It's the best way to manage your booking and will save you time and money.
Our Customer Support opening hours are 9 am - 5 pm UK time, 7-days a week. During these hours, our agents answer questions customers have sent through our online contact form and manage amendment and cancellation requests. When they pick up your query, they will contact you via email or telephone to help you with your booking.
If you're departing in the next 48-hours and need to contact us urgently for assistance, log in to My Account, using your Direct Ferries booking reference and the email address you made your booking with, and you will be able to talk directly with an agent through our online chat. The online chat is available on desktop and mobile to customers with bookings departing in the next 48-hours, so you will still be able to contact us even if you're on the move.

You may also need to pay the fare difference if the price of your ferry tickets increases when making changes to your booking.
The amount you'll be refunded when you cancel your booking will depend on the booking terms of the ferry company you're sailing with and the type of ticket you have booked. We'll let you know how much you'll be refunded before we cancel your booking so you can decide if you'd still like to cancel it.
