Amending your booking

The type of ticket you have booked determines whether you can make changes to your booking. You can check your confirmation email or log in to My Account to see if you can amend your booking. Please be aware that if you request to amend your booking through our help centre or by phone and haven't purchased Cancellation Cover or a Flexi ticket, we charge an amendment fee of up to £45/€45. If you amend your booking online through MyAccount, we charge the fare difference and a £10/€10 amendment fee. You may also need to pay the fare difference if the price of your ferry tickets increases when making changes to your booking.
