Cancelling a booking

The type of ticket you booked will determine whether you can cancel your booking and get a refund. Your confirmation email has information on whether your booking can be cancelled and refunded. Please be aware that If you request to cancel your booking through our help centre or by phone and haven't purchased Cancellation Cover or a Flexi ticket, we charge a cancellation fee of £45/€45. If you cancel your booking online through MyAccount, we charge a £10/€10 cancellation fee. The amount you'll be refunded when you cancel your booking will depend on the booking terms of the ferry company you're sailing with and the type of ticket you have booked. We'll let you know how much you'll be refunded before we cancel your booking so you can decide if you'd still like to cancel it.
