We understand it can be stressful if your ferry is delayed or cancelled, so if you need to contact us about this, we'll prioritise your request.
If your sailing is cancelled, wherever possible, the ferry company will try to offer a suitable alternative, either at a different time or on a similar route. However, there may be times when there is no alternative for the same day; for example, bad weather making the conditions unsafe to travel or strikes at the port may mean all sailings on that date are cancelled. Because of this, we recommend purchasing travel insurance that will cover you for force majeure events.
