Lifts and Parking
Most ferries have lifts to help passengers leave the vehicle decks. If you need to be parked close to the lifts, let us know as soon as possible so we can arrange this for you. Make sure to give us any relevant details, such as ramps fitted on your vehicle and where they are positioned (at the rear or on the side of the vehicle).
Accommodation
Depending on the route and ferry company you choose, special accommodation options like adapted seats, wheelchair-accessible cabins, or cabins with bunk beds for companions may be available.
Other facilities
Some ferry companies also provide ship information, such as wheelchair-accessible platforms, adapted wheelchair-accessible toilets, and lifts in relevant areas. Once you're on board, make sure to ask any of the crew members for a full list of the facilities that you can access during your trip.
How can I request assistance or inform you about a passenger with reduced mobility?
Some ferry companies allow you to choose Special Assistance when you book online; others may not provide this option, and you'll need to contact us.
If the option is available online, you'll see a checkbox after clicking "Adults" or "Children" to fill in the number of passengers.
If you can't select Special Assistance online, click here to submit your request, and we'll be happy to help you make your booking.
If you have already booked your trip and need to add Special Assistance, click here and let us know what type of assistance you require and we'll be glad to arrange this with the ferry company.
In either case, make sure you select "Onboard Special Assistance" so that we can pass your request to our dedicated team.
