You can find your Direct Ferries booking reference at the top of your confirmation email; it begins with the letters "DFP".
If you can't find your confirmation email, you can resend it to the email address you used when you made your booking using the button below.
If you think you entered your email incorrectly or you no longer have access to the email address you used when you booked, don't worry! Contact us using our messenger located in My Account and help centre - we'll update your email address and resend your confirmation.
If your reference starts with DFF, you have a Freight booking. If you need support with your booking, contact our Freight Team.
