Whenever we process a refund, you'll receive an email confirming the amount and usual processing times. We'll process the refund in our system on the same day we confirm it, but it can take a few days to show up in your bank account. Generally, refunds will show in your account within 3 to 5 working days. However, with some banks and when using Paypal or Ideal, it may take up to 10 working days before the refund reflects in your account.
We will always process refunds using the same payment method you used when you purchased your tickets. Don't worry if you paid with a debit or credit card that's now expired; as long as the bank account is still active, you will still receive the refund on that account.
