We understand that plans can change. That’s why you can make changes to your booking through My Account by following this quick and easy guide.
Step 1: |
Login to My Account by entering the same email you used for your booking and your reference number. This can be found at the top of the confirmation email and begins with “DFP”. |

After you've logged in you'll be able to review all the current details of your booking. To start making changes to your booking click the "Manage my booking" button at the bottom of the screen. |

This will open a dialogue box with two buttons. To cancel your booking click the "Cancel booking" button. |

Not all bookings can be cancelled. If your booking cannot be cancelled, the "Cancel booking" button will be grey. |

Don't worry, the reason for your cancellation doesn't have any impact on the cancellation process. |

Once you've selected a reason for cancelling your booking we'll provide a quote on how much you can expect to be refunded. The amount you'll be refunded will depend on the booking terms of the ferry company you're sailing with and the type of ticket you have booked. |

If we're not able to provide a live refund quote, we'll provide you with an estimate of your refund where we can. Click the "Request cancellation quote" button to request your refund quote and our customer service team will contact the ferry company to confirm the amount you will be refunded. If you'd like to abandon the cancellation at any point during the process, click the "Abandon cancellation" button. |

If our estimate was correct we'll cancel your booking and process your refund straight away. If the refund amount is different from the estimate we gave you, we'll send you an email with the new refund amount so you can confirm you still want to cancel. If you still want to cancel your booking, after receiving the new refund amount, click the "Continue" button in the email. This will take you to our website where you can confirm your cancellation request. Once you confirm the cancellation, we'll cancel your booking and process your refund straight away. Please note that the refund quote is only valid for 24 hours. If you try to confirm your cancellation after the quote has expired you will need to log back into your account and request another cancellation quote. |
