If you are running late, check your ticket type, as some tickets offer the flexibility to take an earlier or later sailing without needing to change your booking. You can check your ticket type on your confirmation email (under the Passenger Details section). Click here to send yourself a new copy.
If your ticket type allows it, there's no need to contact us; just head to the port, and they'll let you on the next available sailing.
If your ticket type doesn't allow you to travel on a later sailing and you're running late (you'll miss the latest check-in time), please get in touch with us, and we'll help you change your booking.
We're online Monday through Friday, 8am to 8pm, and weekends, 8am to 5pm UK time. If it's outside of these hours, don't worry - head to the port, and they can help you.
