Each ferry company has its own process for issuing ferry tickets, so don't worry if you haven't received your tickets yet. For some ferry companies, you'll get tickets as soon as the booking is confirmed, and for others, all you need for now is your confirmation email, and you'll collect your tickets at the port or by checking in online before you travel.
