You must arrive at the port before check-in closes. The latest check-in time for your booking is in your confirmation email. Even if you've already checked in online, you still need to get to the port before the latest check-in time.
If you're travelling with your pet or need special assistance on board, we recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before the latest check-in time.
