After you make your booking, you'll usually receive an email from us within a few minutes. If you haven't received your confirmation, please check your junk folder to make sure it's not stuck there. If it's been more than a few minutes, you can resend your confirmation email.
If you think you entered your email incorrectly or you no longer have access to the email address you used when you booked, don't worry! Contact us using our messenger in My Account and help centre - we'll update your email address and resend your confirmation.
