If you've requested to change your booking online through My Account and haven't heard back from us yet, please note that it may take up to 48 hours for the changes to be finalised. We'll update you by email, so please keep an eye out for our emails. We will either send you a price quote for approval or offer an alternative if your requested change is not possible.
During busy periods, it might take us slightly longer to respond. However, we always prioritise requests based on departure dates, so don't worry; we will prioritise your request if you're travelling in the next few days.
If you get a message from us saying that your booking cannot be changed, there can be a few reasons for this. Either there's no availability for the changes you requested, and there aren't any similar alternatives, the request was made too close to the sailing date, or you have booked a special offer ticket that does not allow changes.
