For most bookings, you'll receive a confirmation email as soon as you complete your payment. Check your junk folder if you haven't received anything after a few minutes. You can also resend your confirmation email.
Sometimes, we'll need to call the ferry company to confirm your booking, so you won't receive a confirmation email immediately. If this is the case for your booking, we'll send you an email with your provisional booking reference to let you know that we're contacting the ferry company.
We'll update you as soon as possible, usually within 24-48 hours. You can also check the status of your booking online at any time in My Account.
In the unlikely event that we cannot confirm your booking, we will contact you and issue a full refund.
