We understand that plans can change. That’s why you can make changes to your booking through My Account by following this quick and easy guide.
Step 1: |
Login to My Account by entering the same email you used for your booking and your reference number. This can be found at the top of the confirmation email and begins with “DFP”. |

After you've logged in you'll be able to review all the current details of your booking. To start making changes to your booking click the "Manage my booking" button at the bottom of the screen. |

This will open a dialogue box with two buttons. To make changes to your booking click the "Amend booking" button. If your booking cannot be amended, the "Amend booking" button will be grey. |

After clicking the "Amend booking" button a new dialogue box will open. Click "Continue" to be redirected to the Amend section of My Account. |

Step 5: |
To update your sailing date or time click "Yes". |

Step 6: |
Click on the Date field below the sailing you'd like to update to open the calendar and select your new departure date. Then choose your preferred departure time from the drop-down below the date field. If you'd like to just change the departure time you can select a different time from the drop-down without updating the sailing date. |

Step 7: |
After you've selected your new departure times, click "Continue" to save your changes. |

Step 8: |
If you don't need to update your vehicle details click "No" to move on to the next page. If you need to update your existing vehicle details or add a vehicle to your booking click "Yes". |

Step 9: |
If you don't need to update your passenger or pet details click "No" to move on to the next page. If you need to update your existing passenger or pet details click "Yes" How to amend your passenger or pet details through My Account |

Step 10: |
If you don't need to update your onboard accommodation or meals click "No" to move on to the payment page to complete your changes. If you need to update your onboard accommodation or meals or add either of these to your booking click "Yes" |

Step 11: |
Enter your payment details and click the "Complete your booking" button to complete the changes to your booking. |

Step 12: |
Some ferry companies need to be contacted by our customer service team to confirm your changes. We'll let you know if we need to contact the ferry company to confirm your changes. Click the "Submit" button to send your request to our customer service team and they will contact the ferry company to confirm your changes. |

Step 13: |
That's it, you're all done! You'll be able to see the details of the changes to your booking on the confirmation page and in the confirmation email, we'll send you shortly after the changes are completed. |
