We understand that plans can change. That’s why you can make changes to your booking through My Account by following this quick and easy guide. The steps below detail how to update or add passenger and pet details to your booking.
Step 1: |
Login to My Account by entering the same email you used for your booking and your reference number. This can be found at the top of the confirmation email and begins with “DFP”. |

Step 2: |
After you've logged in you'll be able to review all the current details of your booking. To start making changes to your booking click the "Manage my booking" button at the bottom of the screen. |

Step 3: |
This will open a dialogue box with two buttons. To make changes to your booking click the "Amend booking" button. If your booking cannot be amended, the "Amend booking" button will be grey. |

After clicking the "Amend booking" button a new dialogue box will open. Click "Continue" to be redirected to the Amend section of My Account. |

Step 5: |
If you don't need to update your departure time click "No" to move on to the next page. If you need to update your departure time click "Yes". |

If you don't need to update your vehicle details click "No" to move on to the next page. If you need to update your existing vehicle details or add a vehicle to your booking |

If you'd like to update, replace or remove Your current passenger details will then be displayed. |

Step 9: |
To update a passenger's details click "Amend Details" underneath their name. To remove a passenger from the booking click "Remove Passenger" underneath their name. The Lead Passenger's details can be amended, but cannot be removed. If you want to change who the Lead Passenger is, click "Amend Details" below their name and change the passenger's details to those of the new Lead Passenger. |

Step 10: |
After clicking "Amend Details" the full passenger details for that passenger will be displayed. From here you can update the details of the passenger using the various fields and drop-downs. If you would like to back out without making any changes, click "Cancel" just above the next passenger's name. Once you've finished updating the passenger's details, you can update the details of another passenger, add new passengers or pets. If you don't need to make any other changes click "Continue" to move on to the next page. |

Step 11: |
If you'd like to add passengers to your booking, click "Yes" next to "Add Passengers". Then select the number of passengers you'd like to add using the drop-down. |

Step 12: |
A form for each new passenger will then be available to provide the details of each new passenger. Fill in the details for each new passenger then move to the next step. If you don't need to make any other changes click "Continue" to move on to the next page. If you want to add any pets to your booking follow the step below.

Step 13: |
If you'd like to add any pets to your booking, click "Yes" next to "Add pets". You can then add or update the number of pets on your booking by clicking the plus or minus buttons next to either Cat or Dog. If you don't need to make any other changes click "Continue" to save your changes and move on to the next page. |

Step 14: |
If you don't need to update your onboard accommodation or meals click "No" to move on to the payment page to complete your changes. If you need to update your onboard accommodation or meals or add either of these to your booking click "Yes" |

Step 15: |
Enter your payment details and click the "Complete your booking" button to complete the changes to your booking. |

That's it, you're all done! You'll be able to see the details of the changes to your booking on the confirmation page and in the confirmation email, we'll send you shortly after the changes are completed. |
