We understand that plans can change. That’s why you can make changes to your booking through My Account by following this quick and easy guide. The steps below detail how to update or add onboard accommodation to your booking.
Step 1: |
Login to My Account by entering the same email you used for your booking and your reference number. This can be found at the top of the confirmation email and begins with “DFP”. |

Step 2: |
After you've logged in you'll be able to review all the current details of your booking. To start making changes to your booking click the "Manage my booking" button at the bottom of the screen. |

This will open a dialogue box with two buttons. To make changes to your booking click the "Amend booking" button. If your booking cannot be amended, the "Amend booking" button will be grey. |

After clicking the "Amend booking" button a new dialogue box will open. Click "Continue" to be redirected to the Amend section of My Account. |

Step 5: |
If you don't need to update your departure time click "No" to move on to the next page. If you need to update your departure time click "Yes". |

If you don't need to update your vehicle details click "No" to move on to the next page. If you need to update your existing vehicle details or add a vehicle to your booking |

If you don't need to update your passenger or pet details click "No" to move on to the next page. If you need to update your existing passenger or pet details click "Yes" How to amend your passenger or pet details through My Account |

Step 8: |
If you need to update your onboard accommodation or meals or add either of these to your booking click "Yes" |

If you added onboard accommodation or seating when you made your booking, you'll be able to see which accommodation you have currently booked selected in the list. If you don't have a cabin or seat attached to your booking you can select one of the options from the list. If meals or any other extra are available to book on the route they will be listed below the list of accommodation options. Scroll down and you will be able to add, remove If you have a return sailing booked you can scroll down and make any changes required for your return sailing as well. Once you've finished making the changes you want to make, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click "Continue" to save your changes. |

If you see this error message after clicking continue, it will be because you have more than one accommodation option selected. Scroll down to find the cabin or seat selected in error and remove it by selecting "None" from the drop-down next to it. Once you've finished making the changes you want to make, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click "Continue" to move on to the payment page to complete your changes. |

Enter your payment details and click the "Complete your booking" button to complete the changes to your booking. |
