We understand that plans can change. That’s why you can make changes to your booking through My Account by following this quick and easy guide. The steps below detail how to update your vehicle's dimensions and registration, and how to add a vehicle to your booking if you hadn't previously booked a vehicle for your sailing.
Step 1: |
Login to My Account by entering the same email you used for your booking and your reference number. This can be found at the top of the confirmation email and begins with “DFP”. |

Step 2: |
After you've logged in you'll be able to review all the current details of your booking. To start making changes to your booking click the "Manage my booking" button at the bottom of the screen. |

This will open a dialogue box with two buttons. To make changes to your booking click the "Amend booking" button. If your booking cannot be amended, the "Amend booking" button will be grey. |

Step 4: |
After clicking the "Amend booking" button a new dialogue box will open. Click "Continue" to be redirected to the Amend section of My Account. |

Step 5: |
If you don't need to update your departure time click "No" to move on to the next page. If you need to update your departure time click "Yes". |

Step 6: |
To update your existing vehicle details or add a vehicle to your booking click "Yes". |

Step 7: |
You can also add or update your vehicle registration here if you didn't know it when you made your booking. If the vehicle details are going to be different on your return sailing, you can check the "Different return details?" box and an extra form will be displayed for you to add the new vehicle's details. Once you've finished updating your vehicle details, click "Continue" to save your changes and move on to the next page. |

Step 8: |
You can add a vehicle here if you didn't add Using the drop-downs you can select your vehicle type, make and model. If your renting a car and don't know what the make and model of the vehicle will be, you can select "Standard Car" in the Vehicle Type drop-down or Select "Car" and then "Other" If you're travelling with a camper, motorhome, minibus or van you'll be asked to provide the estimated length and height of the vehicle. Once you've finished adding your vehicle details, click "Continue" to save your changes and move on to the next page. |

Step 9: |
If you don't need to update your passenger or pet details click "No" to move on to the next page. If you need to update your existing passenger or pet details click "Yes" How to amend your passenger or pet details through My Account |

Step 10: |
If you don't need to update your onboard accommodation or meals click "No" to move on to the payment page to complete your changes. If you need to update your onboard accommodation or meals or add either of these to your booking click "Yes" |

Step 11: |
Enter your payment details and click the "Complete your booking" button to complete the changes to your booking. |

Step 12: |
Some ferry companies need to be contacted by our customer service team to confirm your changes. We'll let you know if we need to contact the ferry company to confirm your changes. Click the "Submit" button to send your request to our customer service team and they will contact the ferry company to confirm your changes. |

Step 13: |
That's it, you're all done! You'll be able to see the details of the changes to your booking on the confirmation page and in the confirmation email, we'll send you shortly after the changes are completed. |
